1. Utopía.  Soñando una realidad futura y necesaria. La imagen utópica.

• Imaginar en el ámbito de la ventana de trabajo una realidad futura en la que la ciudad debe resolver una situación extrema en la que se debe al menos duplicar su población.  Se debe resolver tal situación mediante la materialización de una utopía radical que resuelva el problema de partida y que suponga a la vez crítica y propuesta de transformación y mejora de la realidad urbana previa.
• Realizar un fotomontaje o collage, formato y técnica libre, que represente de forma abstracta la utopía. Detallar de forma precisa los elementos que se consideren relevantes.
• Se aportará un título o lema de la propuesta.

-Se realizará una entrada tipo PANEL o FOTOLOG.

-Desarrollo en grupos 2 ó 3 personas.

1. Innovación de la propuesta. Capacidad de experimentación e innovación.

2. Eficacia en la resolución del problema de partida.

3. Capacidad crítica de la realidad existente.

4. Pertinencia e interés de la propuesta realizada por las cualidades finales del conjunto.

5. Eficacia, claridad gráfica y escrita del resultado final.

2. Los usos en la ciudad

Elaborar un análisis y dibujo en planta sobre la ventana de trabajo designada para el curso (2400x800m) y a escala 1/5000, en papel 48x16cms, en el que se representen los usos colectivos y equipamientos con su relación al contexto concreto en el que se encuentran. Asimismo se deberá plasmar la complejidad y diversidad funcional encontrada; representando el valor que les confiere su posición, su visibilidad y su acceso.

No se trata de realizar un catálogo de funciones, sino investigar y mostrar el valor que adopta cada uso en relación al resto, y en función del lugar que tiene en la ciudad.

Se procurará usar una representación que sugiera situaciones que deban ser consideradas de cara a una intervención futura en la ventana.

-Entrada en doyoucity tipo PANEL.

-Elaboración en Equipo (2-3 personas).

HABILIDADES EVALUADAS

1. Elección de la codificación gráfica elegida (colores, grosores, tipos, tamaños, escala gráfica).

2. Pertinencia de lo representado atendiendo las ideas mostradas, la jerarquía de los elementos, la complejidad urbana encontrada, el valor de su posición, visibilidad y cualidad de los accesos de cada equipamiento. Se valorarán tanto los elementos representados como los que no se ocultan.

3. Corrección, limpieza y claridad de la expresión gráfica del resultado final.

3. Evaluación crítica

Evaluación crítica de al menos 4 ejercicios de otros grupos. Se utilizará para ello la opción de calificar entradas y comentarios en la propia web doyoucity.com

-Elaboración individual.

-No crear nuevas entradas para los comentarios.

1. Utopia. Dreaming a future and necessary reality. The utopian vision.

Within the scope of the work window, we have to imagine a future reality in which the city must resolve an extreme situation in which its population must at least double.  This situation must be resolved through the materialisation of a radical utopia that solves the initial problem and at the same time involves criticism and a proposal for transformation and improvement of the previous urban reality.
    Make a photomontage or collage, format and technique free, that abstractly represents the utopia. Give precise details of the elements that are considered relevant.
    A title or slogan for the proposal must be provided.

-A PANEL or PHOTOLOG type post will be made.

-Development in groups of 2 or 3 people.

2. Functions in the city

Draw up an analysis and plan drawing on the working window designated for the course (2400x800m) and on a scale of 1/5000, on 48x16cms paper, in which the collective functions and facilities are represented with their relationship to the specific context in which they are located. The complexity and functional diversity found should also be shown, representing the value conferred by their position, visibility and access.

The aim is not to create a catalogue of functions but to investigate and show the value of each use concerning the other uses and their place in the city.

An attempt will be made to use a representation that suggests situations that should be considered for a future intervention on the window.

-A post (Entrada) in doyoucity type PANEL.

-Team work (2-3 people).

SKILLS ASSESSED

1. Decision of the chosen graphic coding (colours, thicknesses, types, sizes, graphic scale).

2. Relevance of what is represented, taking into account the ideas shown, the hierarchy of the elements, the urban complexity found, the value of their position, visibility and the quality of the accesses to each facility. Both the elements represented and those that are not hidden will be valued.

3. Correctness, cleanliness and clarity of the graphic expression of the final result.

3. Critical review

Critical review of at least 4 exercises from other groups. The option of grading entries and comments on the doyoucity.com website will be used for this purpose.
