Descripción

To solve the problem of the lack of public spaces the idea is that each neighbourhood shares an inner public space and that each two neighbourhoods are separated by an outer public space. This is an example of how it could be: it is an informal meeting place that can be a workshop, work or study spaces or recreation areas to break down social inequalities. The structure has large windows on one side so that everyone can see the interior and is attracted to come in. For the outside public spaces, the idea is to reuse existing structures, creating new gathering spaces. This was the pre-existing buildings, instead of tearing them down their ruins can be reused to create liveable sharing spaces. The idea is to keep some partitions and place wooden benches on some of them, plant trees so as to create shadows for seating, a vegetable garden, a play space for children, so that nature can reappropriates these places, which are mutable and "victims" of the seasons.

I'm truly impressed by how you've managed to combine functionality and aesthetics in this drawing. Every space is carefully designed, and the layout creates a natural and harmonious flow, perfectly integrating the project with its context. There's a clear attention to detail and a strong vision throughout. Well done, it's really a job well done!
