This short talks about the parcels of Barcelona, and how the octagonal parcels can be "joined" leaving the normal traffic circulation in their perimeter, and that between these blocks the streets are shared use for pedestrians and cars, encouraging pedestrian displacement and reducing the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere, to make cities more human places, which in my opinion will be very effective.
